About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head the Technical Service and After‑sales department of a well‑known appliance company. The role involves overseeing the entire post‑sale lifecycle, from warranty handling to spare‑parts management, ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overall functioning of the Technical Service and After‑sales area.
• Organize and assign service orders to technicians, guaranteeing efficient response.
• Monitor response times, resolve complaints, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Manage product warranties in line with company policies.
• Plan and control spare‑parts inventory, anticipating needs and preventing stockouts.
• Track key performance indicators for the department.
• Propose and implement process improvements to optimize time, cost, and service quality.

Required profile

• Technical training in Mechanics, Electronics or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in similar leadership positions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:15 am – 6:00 pm.
