Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

TCS is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where technology and business intersect. The role focuses on designing, developing and deploying advanced machine‑learning and generative AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand workflows, challenges and strategic objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and process‑mapping exercises; document functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce and nCino best practices.
• Collaborate with administrators, developers and configuration teams to refine functionality and support integrations with core banking and third‑party systems.
• Develop test plans, support UAT, defect tracking and release validation while acting as liaison across technology, operations, product, vendors and leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud) and strong knowledge of nCino (Commercial Loan Origination or Portfolio Management).
• Proven ability to create user stories, process flows and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills.
