Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) – Remote

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely with U.S. clients, leveraging GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment. You will join existing product teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver AI‑accelerated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to full‑stack development using Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js, and GitHub Copilot.
• Design and maintain AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Produce high‑quality, production‑ready code while overseeing architectural consistency across large codebases.
• Conduct disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for critical features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with full‑stack architectures and extensive use of GitHub Copilot.
• Proven ability to translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Strong context‑engineering skills and a systematic approach to improving AI‑generated output.
• Advanced English proficiency, a completed four‑year degree, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.
