Agentic Elixir Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an experienced Agentic Elixir Engineer to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers, delivering high‑quality Elixir applications while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful web services and API integrations.
• Develop and optimise PostgreSQL/SQL database schemas and queries.
• Utilise AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding and review AI‑generated code for quality and performance.
• Orchestrate AI‑assisted workflows, validate model‑produced code, and contribute to shared libraries.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with Elixir.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
