About the role

The company is looking for an Administrative Commercial professional to provide comprehensive support to the daily operations of a car dealership located in the Pocitos/Villa Dolores area of Montevideo. The role blends customer service, sales assistance, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth business flow.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Identify client needs and advise on available vehicles.
• Prepare, control, and organize documentation related to sales transactions.
• Track paperwork for purchase‑sale operations.
• Coordinate with notaries, insurers, agencies, and other suppliers.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist with invoicing, collections, and general administrative controls.
• Process payments and manage collection network procedures.
• Open and close the showroom, ensuring orderly presentation of the floor and vehicles.
• Support daily agenda planning and monitor pending administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or customer‑service roles, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficient use of computer tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
