Accounts Executive - Fully Remote

About the role

This is a fully remote Accounts Executive position, open only to Uruguayan citizens. The role connects the company with customers worldwide, building relationships and keeping them engaged and informed. It serves US and European clients, so working hours are a day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Candidates must be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. The position offers a base salary and a commission structure, with all leads generated in-house.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales, marketing, capital raising and commercial services to support company growth.
• Engage with new and existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines to contribute to revenue growth.
• Attend business meetings, conferences and conference calls on behalf of the company.
• Draft, review and advise on promotional and informational documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Comply with company policies, industry regulations and best practices, and report compliance, ethics or operational concerns.

Required profile

• Uruguayan citizenship; applications from other locations are not considered.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales roles in financial services or related fields.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, blockchain technology, financial exchanges and precious metals.
• Flexibility with working hours.
