Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Implementation Manager to lead an on‑site technical team in Montevideo, Uruguay. The role will be the on‑site technical leader for a hyperscale data‑center operator, responsible for daily operations, KPI/SLA compliance, and direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign tasks for a team of data‑center technicians across multiple sites.
• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations with a high degree of autonomy.
• Monitor and ensure KPI and SLA compliance, identify deviations and drive root‑cause solutions.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with the client and monthly business reviews with remote leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors, handling risk, incidents and escalation of blockers.
• Enforce operational procedures and client security standards.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead, develop and motivate the technical team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Senior professional with proven experience managing technical teams in data‑centers or critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of large‑scale data‑center implementations or migrations.
• Fluent oral and written English (mandatory).
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP and ITIL Foundation.
