Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator ensures brand guidelines are correctly applied at the point of sale and drives sell‑out growth through effective field operations. You will oversee business unit performance, manage field teams, and guarantee nationwide in‑store execution for assigned categories.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned business units or territories.
• Monitor and support store‑level sell‑out performance.
• Prepare daily attendance reports for the field team.
• Track, control, and evaluate Field Force KPIs.
• Manage motivation and retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Ensure correct product exposure and in‑store execution nationwide.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Control and validate payment support documentation.
• Plan and manage distribution of POP materials for assigned categories.
• Supervise trade marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles.
• Experience managing field teams and full on‑site availability.
• Background in multinational companies is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of marketing and trade‑marketing tools and techniques.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.

• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
