Technical Recruiter – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join us on a remote contract basis. You will guide candidates through the full-cycle hiring workflow and help our clients secure top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Walk candidates through each step of the full-cycle technical recruiting process.
• Manage client relationships and set realistic stakeholder expectations.
• Review and respond to sample technical candidate profiles.
• Explain sourcing strategies for attracting top talent in competitive markets.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a technical recruiter or talent‑acquisition project lead.
• Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle hiring processes.
• Comfortable discussing client relationship management strategies.
• Ability to align work schedules with PST business hours.
