Technical Product Support Specialist – Datamerge

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist to join our Advanced Support team as a Datamerge Agent. The role focuses on managing critical data migrations and conversions between Sabre and other GDS systems, ensuring travel data remains accurate and protected for global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound GDS data migrations (PNRs and Profiles) with precision.
• Perform deep‑dive technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex data issues.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, account managers, and development resources.
• Support high‑visibility projects and resolve urgent customer escalations swiftly.
• Identify and implement value‑added improvements to internal processes.
• Participate in on‑call duties to maintain operational continuity for global clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Sabre systems and Profiles (former Sabre experience highly valued).
• Proactive “can‑do” attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to critical implementation schedules.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency for sensitive issues.
