About the role
Life Academy is seeking a proactive Student Success Manager to drive student engagement and conversion on financial‑market trading platforms. You will guide new learners through demo and real accounts, boost activity, and support them throughout their practical sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email and other channels.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Life Academy’s products and partner services.
- Guide users through account opening, deposit processes and platform navigation.
- Educate students on the benefits of real versus demo accounts to increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update student interaction data.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and expert teams to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior to refine sales strategies and provide feedback for funnel optimization.
- Conduct group webinars and promote additional features or products.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Hands‑on experience in trading, forex, finance or crypto markets.
- Familiarity with LatAm markets and student/customer behavior.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance‑based targets.
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B1).
