About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Specialist, Products and Solutions to help shape the value proposition of existing and new products in Argentina and Uruguay. The role focuses on executing benefits campaigns, monitoring product performance, and supporting revenue growth through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development of product value propositions for Argentina and Uruguay.
• Execute benefits campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation and budget adherence.
• Monitor feature performance and key indicators of Mastercard issuers, driving optimisation.
• Assist with the Core Products strategy, working closely with Account Management teams.
• Develop relationships with digital partners, merchants and Mastercard allies to execute promotions.
• Build dashboards to track initiatives, collect data and generate insights.
• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.
• Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Analytical thinking and autonomy in conducting business analysis.
• Curiosity to quickly learn new topics and proactivity to take on challenges.
• Ability to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities and anticipate delays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across the organisation.
• Product management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree.
