About the role

THE/STUDIO is a global SaaS platform building the operating system for product creation. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative you will own the inbound sales engine, guiding creators and brands through the production journey and turning one‑off buyers into long‑term partners. This fully remote role operates during US business hours and requires professional‑level English.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full inbound sales cycle, consult, handle objections and close deals.
  • Build and nurture a healthy book of repeat accounts.
  • Maintain a high‑velocity pipeline in Pipedrive with strict CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with lead generation, production and design teams to ensure accurate order execution and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Develop industry knowledge in supply chain, manufacturing, design and product development to propose high‑value solutions.

Required profile

  • 2–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, preferably as an Account Executive or inside sales consultant.
  • Proven ability to handle high‑volume inbound leads in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with an “extreme ownership” attitude.
  • Rapid adaptability to candid feedback and remote‑first work culture.
  • Professional‑level English proficiency (C1/C2).
