Ruby on Rails Developer – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for senior Ruby on Rails developers to join a multicultural, fully remote development team. You will work on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality user experiences for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with responsive design.
• Participate in all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure consistency across the product.
• Document code and create technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced English proficiency and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
