Ruby on Rails Developer – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking experienced Ruby on Rails developers to join a multicultural, fully remote team. You will work on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality, responsive applications for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with a focus on responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process, from planning to deployment.
• Maintain code consistency and quality across the product lifecycle.
• Document code and produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
