About the role
This short‑term contract position provides first‑line triage for product inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support for customers. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and help improve the overall product experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to routine customer inquiries about products under direct supervision.
- Analyze problems using limited diagnostic tools, identify root causes, and recommend or execute corrective actions.
- Provide solutions to application‑related questions and log recurring issues for product‑development reporting.
- Follow up on open cases and escalate unresolved problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain positive customer relations by delivering outstanding service.
Required profile
- Experience in providing customer support.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service focus and problem‑solving ability.
- Good computer software and internet proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
