About the role
Yuno is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to fuel its commercial expansion across LATAM. The role sits at the front line of the go‑to‑market engine, turning research and creative outreach into qualified pipeline for strategic enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) using an account‑based approach.
- Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify buying signals, map stakeholders, and understand tech stacks before outreach.
- Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.
- Apply GTM engineering principles to automate prospecting workflows, data enrichment and personalization at scale using no‑code tools, APIs and scripts.
- Leverage AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, research agents) to accelerate research, personalize messages and create automated sequences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps and Product to feed market insights back into the commercial strategy.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Strong curiosity, resilience and a data‑driven mindset for continuous experimentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a high‑volume pipeline.
