NetSuite Business Analyst – Quality Assurance

About the role

The NetSuite Business Analyst – Quality Assurance leads all QA activities for NetSuite enhancements, configurations, customizations, and integrations. You will ensure that every change is thoroughly tested, validated, and delivered with high quality before production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end QA testing for NetSuite enhancements, fixes, and integrations.
• Define, maintain, and enforce QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases aligned to business requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across core financial modules (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report).
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, track execution, triage issues, and manage sign‑off readiness.
• Log, prioritize, and manage defects; validate fixes and perform regression testing.
• Collaborate with NetSuite developers and senior analysts to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Mentor support analysts in testing execution and QA best practices.
• Maintain QA documentation, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functional modules and business processes.
• Proven experience in QA testing, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
