Mid-Level Golang Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based development. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑performance backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Go‑based micro‑services and APIs (REST and gRPC).
• Build and operate distributed systems, including message‑broker integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
• Write Docker containers, author Kubernetes manifests, and troubleshoot workloads.
• Implement robust testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton, Argo, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Contribute to observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and related tooling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and ensure reliable delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Go development, including modules, goroutines, channels and testing.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Production experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure).
