About the role
Eron International is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead its multinational account team and manage relationships with top‑tier merchants. The role focuses on portfolio growth, strategic partnership development, and long‑term client success across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performance Account Management team.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic merchants, defining and executing growth strategies, market expansion and upselling initiatives.
- Act as executive escalation point, building strong relationships with key merchants.
- Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning for the portfolio.
- Monitor performance, forecast growth and identify high‑impact commercial opportunities.
- Ensure profitability through pricing reviews, negotiations and strategic account planning.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for onboarding, integrations and operational excellence.
- Gather client and market feedback to improve products and services.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, including team leadership and strategic account handling.
- Strong knowledge of the gambling and/or online payments industry.
- Proven track record of growing portfolios and building long‑term partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Analytical, strategic and results‑driven mindset.
- Leadership ability to motivate and coach multicultural teams.
- Hands‑on, proactive and execution‑focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, events and client visits.
