Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine robust back‑end APIs with responsive front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel‑based back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement interactive front‑end features using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, taking ownership of features from concept to production.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end development experience with React, Vue.js, or Laravel Livewire; Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Ability to take extreme ownership, focus on client goals, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
