Front-End Developer (React/Next.js)

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to support a major U.S.-based client. You will create high‑quality, responsive, and scalable web interfaces using modern React and Next.js technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, reusable, and scalable front‑end components with React and Next.js.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs into UI components and manage client‑side state, caching, and error handling.
• Optimize performance for fast rendering and smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch wireframes into pixel‑perfect UI.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Work with QA during functional and UI testing cycles.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Document processes, components, and architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Core.
• Proven experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Sitecore XM Cloud headless architecture and Sitecore rendering models.
• Ability to convert design mockups into pixel‑perfect, accessible UI (WCAG).
