Email Coder (Developer)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Coder to develop and deploy responsive email campaigns. You will work with creative, marketing and technical teams to turn designs into high‑performing emails that meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Code responsive email templates from design files, ensuring compatibility across devices and email clients.
• Perform quality assurance using Litmus, EmailOnAcid or similar tools and resolve rendering or deliverability issues.
• Generate and implement link tracking codes for accurate performance reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to define project scope and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns follow best practices for design, accessibility, deliverability and user engagement.
• Oversee timely deployment of email campaigns while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs (Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive).
• 3‑5 years of experience in email marketing production, preferably on large enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of email technologies, best practices and current trends.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS (hand‑coding, responsive design).
• SQL.
• Ampscript or Jinja scripting.
• Litmus, EmailOnAcid for testing.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive.
