Digital Merchandiser – Spanish & Portuguese (Freelance)

About the role

eStoreLabs is seeking a freelance Digital Merchandiser fluent in Spanish and Portuguese to support its remote eCommerce operations. You will work with global brands to optimise product listings on major Latin American marketplaces and ensure compliance with retailer guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital shelf presence, performance and compliance across e‑retailers.
• Manage and optimise online product catalogs to boost visibility and conversions.
• Oversee content production, including translations, proofreading and SEO optimisation.
• Research retailer functionalities, widgets and features; create and edit Product Detail Pages.
• Analyse performance data, conduct audits, competition analysis and propose data‑driven eCommerce strategies.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients and e‑retailers, conduct status meetings and upload/correct content assets.

Required profile

• Native Spanish with C1 Portuguese or native Portuguese with C1 Spanish.
• Proven experience in eCommerce, especially with e‑retailers in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
