About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to manage core operational workflows, including client onboarding, billing, contract administration, and internal system support. This remote position works closely with internal teams and maintains professional communication with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions.
- Coordinate billing processes, invoicing, and accounts‑receivable tracking.
- Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and other operational tools.
- Monitor workflows to guarantee timely and accurate task completion.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Detail‑oriented with high accountability and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.
