Back End / Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Back End or Full Stack Engineer to join Dura Digital’s Digital Engineering Studio. The role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving multiple cloud‑based applications. You will work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, architects and fellow engineers to deliver stable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality, maintainable code and set strong standards for delivery.
• Design, build and maintain performant APIs for mobile and web clients.
• Develop, manage and optimise scalable distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Improve application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling and processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience with .NET / .NET Core and building serverless backend services.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS or DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services and web protocols.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) using tools like Jira.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with React.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS for front‑end integration.
