Automation Tester Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Tester Engineer to join a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where technology and business intersect. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality software through robust automation across web, API, data pipelines and enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions using Selenium with Java, C#, Salesforce or ETL stacks.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define test strategies and coverage.
• Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks.
• Create automated scripts for web applications, APIs, data pipelines and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and end‑to‑end testing.
• Validate data integrity across systems, including ETL processes.
• Implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies.
• Support Salesforce UI and backend testing.
• Log, track and retest defects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear test execution reporting.

• Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven professional with proven automation experience in complex environments.
• Strong ability to adapt to varied testing needs and improve test coverage.
• Effective collaborator within cross‑functional, global teams.
