About the role

The Customer Service Assistant will support the day‑to‑day operation of the service department, handling customer inquiries, monitoring satisfaction metrics and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall client experience. Working closely with the Customer Experience team, the role contributes to maintaining high service standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the customer service function.
• Receive, log and resolve customer manifestations and requests.
• Monitor and analyse satisfaction indicators and service level metrics.
• Identify trends and propose improvement actions for the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address recurring issues.
• Manage conflict situations and ensure timely follow‑up of deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Empathetic, organized and solution‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable handling conflict and working under pressure.
• Interest in Customer Experience and continuous improvement.
