Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) – Remote

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely with U.S. clients, leveraging GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment. You will join existing product teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver AI‑augmented, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to full‑stack development projects.
• Use GitHub Copilot to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Design AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Maintain architectural oversight and ensure high‑quality output through human‑in‑the‑loop review.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot for AI‑driven implementation.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to produce reliable AI output.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a positive, can‑do attitude.
