Agentic Python Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Python Engineer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing development projects.
• Develop and maintain Python applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Leverage AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding and review AI‑generated code.
• Orchestrate AI‑assisted workflows, validate model‑produced code, and integrate it into larger systems.
• Implement code agents that automate software engineering tasks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust delivery processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate on large, complex systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with Python and its major frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
