Agentic AI Solutions Architect

About the role

Bluelight is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven automation solutions for clients across Latin America. The role blends client strategy, data engineering, and applied AI, guiding projects from discovery through production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for client AI and automation requests.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high‑impact opportunities for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Design integrated data and AI architectures linking marketing platforms, data warehouses, and LLM services.
• Present technical recommendations focused on ROI and automation benefits.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data discrepancies, and technical blockers across AI stacks.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
• Design end‑to‑end agentic workflows: data sources → automation platform/LLM → actions or dashboards.
• Implement integrations using n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions, custom APIs, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal.
• Develop and fine‑tune LLM applications for data enrichment, predictive analytics, and automated marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience at the intersection of data engineering, AI/ML, and client‑facing solution design.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical architectures and measurable ROI.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and driving continuous learning.

• Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflow design.
• n8n, Make, Flowise automation platforms.

• Custom API development and integration.
