About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ads Buyer to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to drive ROI through data‑driven strategies and compelling ad creatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
- Develop data‑backed ad strategies aligned with marketing goals and KPIs.
- Manage ad budgets, monitor performance, and make real‑time adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals and video ads using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and copy.
- Track, analyze, and report metrics using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Stay updated on paid‑media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate campaign management with Account Managers.
Required profile
- 3+ years of proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel and cross‑platform ad strategies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.
