Accounts Receivable Specialist I

About the role

The Finance team is seeking a detail‑oriented, results‑driven Accounts Receivable Specialist I to support financial operations. Reporting to the Finance leader, you will work closely with a globally diverse team and handle large data sets to explain complex concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial trends and maintain financial records.
• Conduct financial analysis and complete financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and upload metrics to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and perform financial audits.
• Use and maintain the accounting system, and review and implement financial policies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience collaborating with globally diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Ability to quickly gain subject‑matter expertise and work independently while collaborating across all levels.
• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Passion for improving business processes and working in teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, SQL, Business Objects and other Business Intelligence or data‑visualization tools.
