YouTube Technical Content Creator

About the role

SearchApi is looking for the technical face of its brand on YouTube. You will build real‑time demos of the SearchApi platform, film them as shorts, long‑form videos, and webinars, and deliver content that developers actually watch. The role combines hands‑on engineering with on‑camera presentation in native‑level English.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and host technical video content (shorts, tutorials, webinars) that showcases SearchApi features.
• Design, build, and run live demos using the SearchApi API.
• Integrate new API updates into video scripts and demonstrate them on‑camera.
• Manage the YouTube channel’s technical setup, publishing cadence, and social presence.
• Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, editing, and content creation while defending all technical claims live.
• Drive SearchApi inclusion in comparison videos and best‑of round‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong technical background capable of building functional demos.
• Comfortable and natural on camera with clear, engaging delivery.
• Native or C2‑level English proficiency.
• Professional recording setup (good audio, video, and dedicated space).
• Self‑directed, consistent, and able to maintain a regular publishing rhythm.

Required skills

• API integration and testing.
• Video production – recording, editing, and post‑production.
• AI‑assisted content creation (scripting, editing automation).
• Technical scripting for demo code (any language suitable for API usage).
