About the role

Join BairesDev as a Human Resources Young Professional and start your HR career within a global tech company. You will support people‑focused initiatives, assist with onboarding, and develop skills across various HR functions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new team members.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
• Collaborate on engagement, well‑being, and culture initiatives.
• Help coordinate training and development activities, track participation and collect feedback.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for data‑driven decision making.
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
