VIP Account Growth Specialist

About the role

iCash One is seeking a VIP Account Growth Specialist to own and expand relationships with our highest‑value users. This role combines high‑trust account management with a hunter mindset, aiming to increase deposit volume and transaction velocity across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities within the VIP portfolio, negotiating incentives to grow deposit volume and transaction activity.
• Provide exclusive, proactive service to top‑tier VIP users via direct channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Take full ownership of VIP technical and financial inquiries, ensuring resolution faster than standard SLAs.
• Collaborate with Payments and Risk teams to streamline processes for VIPs, including manual deposits and limit adjustments.
• Act as the voice of VIPs, relaying product feedback and feature requests to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous engagement through milestone celebrations and regular check‑ins to keep the pipeline active.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a full‑funnel commercial role, with a strong track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
• Fluent written and spoken English; daily communication with global teams and VIP users.
• High commercial drive, ability to spot revenue opportunities in conversation, and confidence to negotiate.
• Flexibility to work 8‑hour days aligned with Uruguay peak activity hours, and comfort with hybrid work arrangements.
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
