About the role

The Salon Salesperson will work at the Via Disegno showroom, guiding customers through the entire purchase journey. The role focuses on delivering personalized, professional advice to boost sales and ensure a differentiated buying experience aligned with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany clients from initial contact to final purchase, providing tailored recommendations.
• Identify customer needs, generate commercial opportunities and achieve set sales targets.
• Track budgets and inquiries using the company CRM system.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinating resolution with relevant departments.
• Maintain showroom order, correct product display and overall aesthetics.
• Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service within home equipment or interior design sectors (mandatory).
• Basic proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems (mandatory).
• Knowledge of home‑related products such as tiles, sanitary ware, and faucets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑focused attitude, goal orientation and adaptability.
