User Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and drive paid user‑growth for our flagship mobile apps, Boss Money and Boss Revolution. The role is fully remote for candidates in the LATAM region and focuses on strategy, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and other platforms.
• Develop channel strategies to meet CPI, CPA and ROAS targets.
• Analyse the full performance funnel from impression to install, activation and downstream conversions.
• Design and run creative A/B tests, build a structured testing framework and monitor creative performance.
• Translate data insights into clear optimisation actions and collaborate daily with designers and creative teams.
• Explore new acquisition channels and experiment with AI‑driven tools for creative production and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns in a user‑acquisition or growth role.
• Proven B2C app acquisition experience.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into optimisation decisions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
