About the role

As a Tesla Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will guide customers through an educational and immersive showroom experience, helping them explore Tesla’s product lineup and ensuring a smooth journey from initial visit to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk‑in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations.
  • Educate prospective customers about Tesla’s vehicles and services through in‑person interactions and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and coordinating test drives.
  • Provide end‑to‑end customer service throughout the sales cycle, including vehicle preparation and document completion.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales, delivery, and KPI targets.
  • Stay updated on EV trends, local incentives, and Tesla product features.
  • Perform additional tasks such as direct home deliveries as needed.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience with a proven record of meeting goals.
  • Passionate about Tesla’s mission and sustainable transportation.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
