Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Industrial – Paso de los Toros

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join a leading industrial company in Uruguay. The role involves working across multiple plants, ensuring the reliability and continuity of critical industrial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance tasks using an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Verify, calibrate, and inspect instruments and control systems.
• Prepare technical reports and participate in root‑cause failure analysis.
• Interpret process diagrams, instrumentation schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Perform and supervise electrical work following strict safety standards.
• Handle spare‑parts logistics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical training in Instrumentation, Industrial Control, Electrotechnics, Industrial Electrical Installations or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between plants and work rotating on‑call shifts.
