About the role

We are looking for a Level‑2 IT Technician to join a dynamic technology and telecommunications company in Montevideo. The role focuses on infrastructure, networking, telecom and cloud services, providing advanced support to corporate clients and participating in high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve and escalate complex technical incidents.
• Provide advanced support for Windows Server, networking and virtualization environments.
• Participate in infrastructure, telecommunications and cloud projects.
• Deliver remote and onsite assistance to corporate customers.
• Document technical procedures and track incident progress.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Technical or university education in IT, Infrastructure, Networks, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles.
• At least 3 years in a Level‑2 or advanced support position.
• Strong communication, empathy, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
