Technical Support Senior

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance on payment processing platforms and financial transaction systems. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, system administration, and documentation to ensure high‑availability services for our fintech customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and operational support for payment processing and financial transaction platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents using ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow or Mantis.
• Run SQL queries for data analysis, root‑cause investigation and problem resolution.
• Administer Linux servers via console/bash for monitoring, maintenance and support tasks.
• Produce clear, structured documentation of technical and functional processes.
• Work with financial messaging standards (ISO8583) and major payment networks (MasterCard, VISA, Amex).

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in software or application technical support.
• Strong knowledge of financial, banking or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and meet demanding SLAs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow or Mantis ticketing systems.
• Advanced SQL querying skills.
• Solid Linux administration experience (bash/console).
• Familiarity with ISO8583 messaging protocol.
• Understanding of major payment networks such as MasterCard, VISA and Amex.
