Technical Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives on solving the toughest, ambiguous tickets. Working remotely, you will combine deep technical troubleshooting with AI tools to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues that cannot be handled by automated processes.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated support tickets involving REST APIs, JSON payloads, and HTTP status codes.
• Reproduce failures, analyze logs, and examine system configurations to identify root causes.
• Leverage AI assistance responsibly, validating outputs against documentation and real evidence.
• Document diagnostic steps and solutions for future reference and AI training.
• Communicate clear, concise replies to customers, defusing tension and ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset capable of working in ambiguous, high‑pressure situations.
• Self‑starter who can unblock themselves without heavy reliance on managers.
• Comfortable learning multiple products quickly, with a focus on delivering accurate solutions.
