Tech Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Infrastructure Analyst to join the technology team of a global fashion company. The role focuses on high‑complexity incident resolution, infrastructure operation, and technical leadership on assigned projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve complex incidents across applications, servers, and networks.
• Analyze critical incidents, perform root‑cause diagnostics and implement permanent fixes.
• Administer and monitor Windows Server and Linux servers, cloud services, storage, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and device management.
• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi and Cisco Meraki devices, coordinating with external providers.
• Manage backups, endpoint security and privileged‑access controls.
• Plan and execute infrastructure changes, ensuring testing, documentation and operational continuity.
• Lead technical projects such as migrations, upgrades and new implementations.
• Keep technical documentation up‑to‑date and contribute to technology evaluation.

Required profile

• Graduated or advanced student in IT or a related field (e.g., UTU Technological Baccalaureate).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 technical support.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive, analytical, autonomous with strong communication skills and a continuous‑learning mindset.
