Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for its fast‑moving, elite team. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, partnering directly with leadership to attract top talent across sales, design, development and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage candidates across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent for rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
• High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective comfortable with multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS proficiency and love for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
