Systems Analyst

About the role

As a Systems Analyst you will join a multicultural team to provide technical assistance across Windows and Mac environments. You will be responsible for setting up computers, configuring software, managing email systems and ensuring smooth operations within our tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Technical support and troubleshooting – tier 2/3 assistance, software installation, upgrades, configuration and administration.
• Application solution development – collaborate with internal teams to understand enhancement needs and devise optimal solutions.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding – order, configure and deliver devices, manage account provisioning and equipment recovery.
• Cybersecurity support – assist the security team with access reviews, awareness initiatives and escalation of potential concerns.
• Documentation and training – create comprehensive process documentation and conduct training sessions.
• AI tools and automation – build small apps, scripts and workflows using AI tools and low‑code platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in information technologies and systems analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
