Supervisor(a) de Ventas - Canal Horeca

About the role

The Sales Supervisor for the Horeca channel will lead, coordinate and supervise the sales team dedicated to hotels, restaurants and catering establishments. The role focuses on achieving commercial targets, expanding the client portfolio and strengthening strategic relationships while executing the company’s sales plans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales representatives.
• Ensure achievement of sales, coverage and profitability objectives.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Horeca channel.
• Identify business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor performance indicators such as sales, coverage, margin and collections.
• Prepare commercial performance reports and action plans.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches and commercial negotiations.
• Handle and resolve client complaints or incidents.
• Train, motivate and evaluate the sales team.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in commercial or sales positions.
• At least 2 years leading a sales team.
• Proven experience in the Horeca channel, FMCG, food & beverage or related sectors.
• Relevant training in negotiation, commercial management or team leadership is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for commercial visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
