About the role

We are looking for a motivated Security Supervisor to lead and coordinate our security team during each shift in the Montevideo and Ciudad de la Costa areas. The role involves ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing clear direction to staff.

Key responsibilities

Lead, guide and give direction to security personnel throughout the assigned shift.
Monitor compliance with safety and security procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to address security incidents.

Required profile

Complete high school education.
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Medium to advanced spoken and written English.
Valid health card with at least three months remaining.
Valid Category A driving licence.
Full‑time availability.
Technical or professional studies are a plus.
