About the role

The Hygiene Supervisor will lead the cleaning team at our Libertad operation, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and food safety compliance (HACCP).

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and support the hygiene team, fostering a positive work climate.
Inspect facilities and equipment, identify cleaning needs and propose improvements.
Manage stock and usage of chemical products and supplies.
Ensure adherence to Good Handling and Hygiene Practices, personal hygiene and uniform use.
Participate with HR in selection, training and evaluation of the team.
Maintain Lean management routines.

Required profile

Complete basic education.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning or hygiene.
Leadership, organization and ability to solve problems under pressure.
Courses in supervision or leadership are valued.

Required skills

Knowledge of chemical cleaning products.
Familiarity with hygiene standards and HACCP regulations.
