Supervisor/a de Canal Supermercados

About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to supervise our supermarket channel, driving sales growth and product placement for a leading multinational consumer‑goods company. The role combines strategic planning, commercial negotiation and on‑ground execution across assigned retail points.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational sales plan aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
• Lead the introduction of new products into the supermarket channel and strengthen brand positioning.
• Design and implement commercial actions such as discounts, bonuses and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales and return processes, detect deviations and propose process improvements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with key supermarket accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar supervisory role within fast‑moving consumer goods, dealing with large retail accounts.
• Advanced studies or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
